Descriptive notes (summary) of the scientific-and-engineering working-out for the firm.

I’d like to propose the review of the new scientific and technical working-out “Quantum deterministic mechanics” and “Quantum elecromechanics”, which allow to resolve many actual problems.

1. The questions of the LHC (Large Hadron Collider) project are partly solved. We obtained more accurate data as compared with ones got by the Russian Academy of Sciences. (see “letter to academician Rubakov”). The price is much lower.
2. These working-outs contain more than 50 fundamental laws and equations* (including the continuation of the laws of the great Newton), which allow to resolve many applied questions, for example:
   • Create new quantum generator and new generation electrical machine, using the energy of space quantum field (we’re working at);
   • bioenergetics questions;
   • other questions;
   This working-out is the solution of one of the energy questions. It has promising prospects and international competitiveness at product market.
3. New properties and natural phenomena were discovered. New gravitational theory has been founded.
